In 2017, over half of the US population chose to reward themselves by spending a couple extra dollars on specialty coffee. Because Gatlinburg,TN is a tourist town, people come here looking to enjoy themselves doing fun touristy things, which can be exhausting for both parents and children. By working with a theme that will contrast strongly from the surrounding shops, Vitality Coffee Co. will create an experience that can be unique and memorable for locals and visitors. Utilizing a dark illustration style that features sarcasm and humor, a younger audience will be drawn in and they will spread word of the new cafe on social media, while our menu and coffee products will target a slightly older audience.
